Account: You must provide accurate information and safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us promptly and reset your password. You’re responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

Acceptable Use: Do not abuse, scrape, interfere, or violate intellectual property.

You may not attempt to bypass access controls, probe security, reverse engineer our service (except where the law requires otherwise), or use automation that harms availability.

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Taxes may apply.

Prices, available plans, and billing cadence may vary by region. If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the balance is resolved.

Refunds: Full refund within 7 days if under 20% completion, otherwise pro-rated where required by law.

Refund eligibility may be limited for one-time events, add-ons, or where access has been fully consumed. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Content License: You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access courses.

You may not resell, share, or publicly distribute course materials unless explicitly permitted. Your access may be terminated for violations.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScriptFolk is not liable for indirect damages.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher minimum is required by law.

Governing Law: We operate globally; local mandatory rights remain unaffected.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Changes: We may update these terms; material changes will be announced.

Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, unless local law requires a different process.
